Jonathan draws on more than 15 years of sales experience to set the strategic direction for Decisive’s sales efforts. Managing the corporate, defence and public safety, and government sales teams, Jonathan is responsible for delivering solutions to the end-user. Prior to joining Decisive, he was a senior account manager and marketing consultant at Newcap Radio and an inside sales representative for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League.

Eric is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of Decisive Group and setting the direction for financial operations, as well as overseeing our human resources, legal, project management, and corporate compliance functions. He’s a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading high-tech companies—including Halogen Software, Saba Software, March Networks, and Xmark Corporation—through rapid growth, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
He is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) and holds Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Mathematics degrees from the University of Waterloo.

Devin Somppi leads the team that combines advanced technologies, products, and systems to develop and deliver Decisive’s technology- and vendor-agnostic network security solutions. He brings extensive experience in security architectures, based on his work as an IT security operations analyst at Export Development Canada, a senior network security analyst at Bell Canada, and a server administrator at BoxFabric. Devin has conducted in-depth network security audits, developed and deployed cybersecurity protection and response systems (including IBM QRadar), implemented zero-trust networks, and trained as a white-hat hacker.

Clare has a successful track record working with executives to develop talented and motivated teams that drive business success. She is responsible for ensuring our talent is aligned with our business strategy and continues to maintain the winning culture that supports our employees through all phases of their careers.
Before Joining Decisive, Clare was an HR consultant who advised leaders on creating a positive work environment, understanding issues that impact workplace effectiveness, and managing people and teams. Prior to her work as a consultant, Clare worked as a manager and HR generalist at technology, financial management, and law firms, including MBM Intellectual Property Law and MD Financial Management.

Gavin is at the forefront of driving continuous improvement within our organization, refining processes to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional results. His primary focus is to ensure the success of our customers by providing strategic guidance and services that align with their business objectives. As a trusted advisor, Gavin empowers clients to achieve their goals while also fostering communities that promote collaboration and education among industry leaders. Gavin’s contributions are pivotal in shaping Decisive’s impact and the broader industry landscape.

Before joining Decisive, Gavin held senior management positions in technology, product development and business operations with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Stratford Group and Canopy Growth Corporation

Maggie is responsible for leading Decisive’s partnerships through support, training, events, meetings and more. She also handles all social media campaigns and related activity. Maggie is the face of Decisive, attending multiple partner functions as well as executing events for our partners from start to finish. Before joining Decisive, Maggie was a Promotions and Marketing Director for Stingray Radio and brings 17 years of experience in partner and event management to the Decisive team.
